How to Book a Conference Room

**Please be mindful and book the smallest room that will meet your needs. There will be plenty of open booths and lounge areas for 1:1s.**

Step 1

Go to Google Calendar in your browser. Create a meeting invite as you usually would. On the right side of the open calendar spot, click the link for Rooms.

Step 2

Click the group of conference rooms for your office, and you'll see all conference rooms labelled by the floor on which they are located. The room's total capacity is listed in parentheses.
